The Paradox of ‚Local‘ in Modern Architecture: A Case Study of Mine Resort · Hill What does it mean for architecture to be ‚local‘ in the 21st century? This question has haunted me ever since I stumbled upon the Mine Resort · Hill project in Jingdezhen, China. Designed by siarchitecture, this 720 m² retreat, slated for completion in 2025, challenges our preconceived notions of regional identity in design.
